We provide detailed inspection reports that include:
• A complete description of the tested product and its characteristics.
• List of identified defects with photographs.
• Assessment of product compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Recommendations for correcting deficiencies (if applicable).
Report submission deadlines:
• Inspection reports – within 24 hours of completion of inspection.
• Laboratory test reports – upon receipt of results from an accredited laboratory.
• Report languages: English, Russian, Chinese.
Quality standards
Our inspections are carried out in accordance with international standards governing the quality and safety of textiles, footwear, bags and accessories:
AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) is an international quality control standard that defines the acceptable level of defects in a batch.
ISO 9001 is a quality management system standard that ensures control at all stages of production.
ISO 105 – testing of colour fastness of fabrics (colour fastness to washing, light, friction, etc.).
ISO 12945 – Fabric pilling test standard.
ASTM D4966 – Test Method for Abrasion Resistance of Fabrics (Martindale Test).
EN 14682 – European standard for the safety of children's clothing (restrictions on laces, ties and other elements).
CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) is an American safety standard for children's products (testing fabrics, accessories, lead and phthalate content).
